STRUCTURE DESCRIPTION

Located in the heart of Tuscany, 30 km south-east from Siena near Asciano, the “Podere Ferranesi” is an old farm, which was completely renovated and rebuilt in 2002-2003. Dating back from the middle of the 19th century and abandoned in the fifties, the building was a ruin until 2002.

The farm, reconstructed in the original rural Tuscan style found in the area called “Crete Senesi”, offers the opportunity to spend dream holidays. The luxurious interior of minimalist architecture matches the simplicity of the old Tuscan farm style perfectly.

The sight on the Senese crests is absolutely astonishing in any of the four seasons and offers even the most demanding visitor a beneficial rest and creates a soothing calmness.

This guesthouse, with a design hotel interior, will offer you total comfort, luxury and complete ‘services on demand’.

Here you can organize your family reunions, holidays with friends or business incentives and seminars.

The infrastructure is entirely foreseen and fully equipped for the celebration of marriages, anniversaries, seminars or team building events and a wide range of special services can be provided: hotel service, housekeeping, breakfast-, lunch- and dinners service, BBQ, pizza evenings, babysitting, grocery shopping. All rooms have double or twin beds as on demand. Hairdryers are available in each apartment.

Renting the entire Tuscan villa for groups also belongs to the possibilities and we highly recommend the facilities for weddings and special anniversaries.

All through its marvelous gardens, you will find a choice of small, hidden places, where you can relax in privacy and enjoy the splendid surrounding views.

If you wish we can also organize a guest table on demand, where you can meet the other guests in a very relaxed and undisturbed atmosphere.

In full season we offer a week-stay, however from October to April midweek arrangements, with a minimum stay of two nights, are possible.

A whole range of activities can be organized: hiking, biking, tennis, horseback riding, hot-air-ballooning. You ask and we organize.

For gourmet guests, your hosts Gert and Katrien will be happy to provide you with addresses of excellent, nearby restaurants, specialized in Italian and Tuscan food.

Italian cookbooks are at your disposal as well, so you can have a try out in the houses’ kitchen.

On arrival guests will be provided with a wide range of special offers.
